We are trialling a new system and are currently able to accept a limited number of new registrations each month, for patients living within our catchment area. This does not include patients who have previously been registered with this Practice.
If you have a disability or impairment, physical or mental , that has a substantial and negative effect on ability to do normal daily activities, please ensure that we are made aware so that we can help in any way possible.
